On projects where insulation is not required – typically during some purely cosmetic renovations – Knauf Exterior Wall can be used to create very thin rear-ventilated rainscreen facade constructions. In this WL132C.2 system the facade thickness in front of the existing massive wall is just 65 mm, making it the ideal solution in urban environments where limited space is a crucial factor in the decision for a particular construction.
